The Snug Harbor Property Owner’s Association (SHPOA) Board of Governors holds Monthly Property Owner’s Association Meetings on the second Saturday of every month, except the Annual Property Owner's Association Meeting in November.
All property owners and community members are encouraged
and welcome to attend these meetings.
The Annual Property Owner’s Association Meeting is held on the second Saturday of November. The purpose of this Annual Meeting is to elect new members to the Board of Governors and to review SHPOA operations over the last year.
Many opportunities are available to share great information, suggestions, or concerns.
During each Monthly Meeting, the agenda provides an opportunity to state any business from the floor.
The Board of Governors meets once a month. The dates of these meetings are announced at the Monthly Meetings. If a member needs to schedule a time with the board, they can contact the office.
October 12, 2024 Meeting Was Cancelled.
There was no meeting in January due to weather.
There were no meetings during the months of March, April and May due to COVID.
