We are excited to announce an opening for an Office Assistant for Snug Harbor Property Owners Association (SHPOA). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic community team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a part time position to provide administrative/clerical support for property owners, residents and the SHPOA Board of Governors.
Duties and responsibilities: Customer service, Financial, Communication, Mail, Email, Payroll Processing.
Knowledge and skills required: Working knowledge of MS Office products and QuickBooks; ability and willingness to learn SHPOA Policies and Procedures; clerical skills- filing, typing and phone etiquette, ability to operate and troubleshoot and maintain office equipment.
The part-time position is for 20-30 hours a week. Salary range is commensurate with expertise and experience.
